Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to our public quote, signup, and checkout pages ("Site"). It describes what information we collect when you request a quote or sign up for a service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide: name, phone number, email, and address.
• Details about your project or account: service interest, monthly electric bill range, and answers you provide during a quote or signup flow.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, and how you found us (referral source, UTM campaign parameters).
• Cookie preferences and, if you accept them, analytics/advertising cookie data — see our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and provide the service you asked about.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry (see our TCPA consent terms at checkout).
• To process payments and schedule installation or service appointments.
• To measure and improve our marketing, only with your cookie consent.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to fulfill the service you requested — for example, with financing partners to process a loan application, or with installation subcontractors to schedule your project. These partners are only given the information necessary to complete that specific task.

Tracking & advertising pixels

With your consent, advertising partners (such as Meta) may use pixels on our Site to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. These pixels do not load until you accept the Advertising & Pixels category in our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights (California residents)

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which you can do via our cookie preferences). To exercise these rights, contact us through any phone number or form on our Site.
