Cookie Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Sunwise Energy / Velasco's Electrical ("we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our public quote and signup pages (the "Site"). It does not apply to our internal employee dashboard.

Categories of cookies we use

• Necessary — required for the Site to function: remembering your progress through a quote form, session security, and your cookie preference itself. These cannot be turned off and are not subject to consent.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Only set if you accept this category.
• Advertising & Pixels — used by advertising partners (for example, Meta/Facebook) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Only set if you accept this category. Nothing in this category loads until you make a choice.

How long we remember your choice

Your cookie preference is stored for 6 months. After that, or if you clear your cookies, you'll be asked again the next time you visit.

Changing your choice

You can change your preference at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, or by clicking "Manage Preferences" in the cookie banner.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information. Where advertising cookies are considered a "share" of personal information under California law, rejecting the Advertising & Pixels category above serves as your opt-out. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights and how to exercise them.
